ANOTHER OPEN POSITION: public relations position : person assembles membership info. For membership directory., gets info. to send to Jaki for mass emailings.

-Minutes of meetings will be posted on guild website and will be available at meeting. To save time they will not be read anymore.

-2008 guild CHRISTMAS PARTY-Fenton Cultural community center on NOTE: TUES. DEC. 4TH ...7:00pm....postcard will be sent to members ...need rsvp....family and friends welcome to come...

Diane- boombox and 2 large poinsettas....Mary Kipp-paper goods...rochelle-pick up meat. $10 limit for crazy gift exchange.

JINGLEFEST- downtown Fenton – Sat. dec. 1st

ARTSHOW- Fenton Cultural community center., lower level..set-up time.. friday nov. 30th-8am – 10am. ...take-down time- 4:00 pm sat. dec. 1st

POSSIBILITY- ART GUILD EVENT – Feb. 2008 – at Fenton cultural community center...OPEN WORKSHOP...7pm – 9 pm...wed. EVENINGS for 4 weeks. Model to paint a possibility....bring your art work to work on.
